Silly Love Poem

 

 

I am not very much of a writer
Hardly knowing about poetry
But I do still want to tell you
Just how very much I adore you
So here is my poem for you...

 

I thought that I knew what love was
Till the day that you entered my life
Your eyes they remind me of oceans
Your hair it is like summer rye
Your lips remind me of berries red
I wish you were here in my bed
You are moving just like an angel
All others are envying you
And I know I cannot expect that
A wonderful goddess like you
Ever wants something to do with
A common weak mortal like me
But I just want you to know that
I would do anything for your sake
Therefore I wrote this poem
As a silly but genuine gift just for you
